You can change your ticket as often as you like, free of charge, if it is before you pick up your ticket and your train departs.

"KYUSHU NET HAYATOKU 3"


If it is before you pick up your ticket and your train departs, you can change your reservation as often as you like , free of charge, until 3 days before you take the new train you changed to.


After a change, if your boarding date falls within 3 days after that change, including the day of change, the change is considered a change to a KYUSHU NET KIPPU and you must pay the difference.

You can change the train on which you have a seat reservation only once before you pick up your ticket and your train departs
Some changes cannot be fulfilled online.

"KYUSHU NET KIPPU"


The following are the refund fees to be charged regardless of the date for refund, for a ticket before you pick it up and your train departs.

Currency unit is JPY

1 When you take reserved seat(s)/ reserved Green car seat(s) 340 per Passenger for the entire trip
2 When you take only non-reserved seat(s) 220 per Passenger for the entire trip
3 Fare ticket 220

Regular ticket (without benefits) reserved for a train on the Tokaido-Shinkansen (between TOKYO and SHIN-OSAKA)


Currency unit is JPY

1 Fare ticket/Express ticket for non-reserved seat 220 per ticket
2 Reserved seat ticket Up to 2 days before your train departs, 340 per ticket
From one day before your train departs up to its departure time, 30 % of a ticket price(340 minimum) (or an equivalent amount of Green Car ticket if you take a Green Car seat)

Notes

  • ・You can change your reservation up to 6 minutes before the departure of the new train you changed to.(The departure time scheduled on the timetable)
  • ・Change/Refund can be processed online from 5:30 to 23:00 (JST).
    You can change your reservation or get a reservation refund before the departure time of the first train on your itinerary if you have a reserved seat or a Green Car seat, or until your boarding date if you booked only non-reserved seat(s).
  • ・If you reduce the Passengers, cancel the fare tickets, change a Passenger from an adult to a child, or vice versa, a refund fee is incurred. Please understand that , in this case, you may have different seats from the ones you reserved.
  • ・There are some restrictions on change/refund after you pick up your ticket.
  • ・Your reservation is made at the point when we send you an E-mail notifying that your reservation has been completed, and payment has been made.(An agreement is concluded between you and JR-KYUSHU.)
  • ・When you change your reservation, reserved seats you booked for all your trains may be changed.
  • When you change your ticket paid for with your credit card, the payment for a new ticket will be also made with the same credit card and a refund for the previous ticket is made into your credit card account, free of charge, via your credit card company.
    (When a change, including reducing the Passengers for your reservation, incurs a refund fee, that amount, minus the refund fee, will be refunded to your account.)
